According to the reviews, it looks great on plus-size women and it's extremely comfortable. The pictures confirm that, and that it's a perfect just above the knee length.

I own this dress in pink. It gets compliments every time I wear it. I admit the length us a little strange; I generally compensate by wearing it with boots.

Now, I am not a pencil skirt girl. I try them on, they look great, and buy and never wear them. If you are someone who'd actually wear a pencil skirt, this one is a great choice.The bandage detailing would look much better on than it does in the picture (read the reviews!) and add a little oomph to what could be a boring black skirt. This would look great with a colorful blouse tucked in, or your favorite t-shirt worn tucked out.
